Filled Café and Silogan is a café that serves authentic Filipino food, specifically SILOG. Silog (which is a combination of two words) is a classic Filipino breakfast/brunch containing SINANGAG, meaning garlic fried rice, and ITLOG, meaning egg, and is served with various meat choice. Their Silogs are available all day. They also serve Filipino baked goods such as Ube Pandesal (Purple Yam Roll) and Bibingka (Rice Cake) as well as their specialty dessert, Sans Rival and Silvanas. They also have bubble tea in many delicious flavors as well as Filipino fruit juices.
